Prince Edward OPP are looking for witnesses after three people were injured in an altercation in Consecon over the weekend. At 1:10 a.m. Saturday, OPP were called to Prince Edward Memorial Hospital where two men and a woman were being treated for injuries. Read more @ Quintenews.ca

Walts Sugar Shack Shindig

August 6th 2016 from 8am to 7pm
This is a fundraiser for the Picton Hospital Foundation. Starting with a pancake breakfast, then hamburgers or beef on a bun, french fries and cold drinks. There will be live music throughout the day. A vendors market – we are looking for anyone who would like to have a table. Just call us at 613-965-6381. An on line auction, a silent auction. The new fire truck will be on display as well as an antique one. We are hoping for antique tractors. We will continue to add details as information is confirmed.
